What is a brand? A brand is not just a logo, a product or a packaging. Brand is an experience for customers, an image composed by its values, the culture that it represents and the relationship with customers.

A brand doesn’t work in brochures, TV commercials, billboards, public relations. Not even in products. Through marketing, the brand works in the minds of customers. This activity is called brand positioning.

We work with brands in designing their identity, fine tuning their tone of voice and make them rise and shine. It’s a long process, that starts from positioning strategy and goes right through vision, target segmentation, asset definition and visualization. Building a brand doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a long process that - apart from method, inspiration and vision - requires one main thing: focus.
Big brands are focused; they have a clear vision and they keep building on that everyday, fulfilling the promises they made to their audience along the customer journey. It’s an ongoing effort that goes through all of the touchpoints of the customer journey, and aims at making the brand truly relevant, different, unique.
